Growth Special Needs Therapy is a new start-up company that provides affordable home-based therapy ABA therapy throughout the Klang Valley. ABA therapy was often seen as the “Gold standard” therapy to help individuals with Autism, however, it comes with a high cost in Malaysia.
Founded by Grace, who has 10 years of experience in the special needs industry, Grace have decided to initiate this Growth Project in order to help parents with special needs children to achieve their goals without overburdening them in the financial aspects.
The Growth’s Project Behavior Intervention (ABA therapy) could be applied to a variety of special needs cases, that includes the Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Disorder, and Global Developmental Delay (GDD).
The Growth Project does not discriminate individuals who comes for therapy regardless of age, gender or religion. Children and Adults alike have benefitted from our therapy, success stories have been well documented. Some Adult cases have successfully integrated in society with a job at hand, and some children have shown remarkable in their school performance and behavior at home.

The IMPORTANCE of Early Intervention
Early intervention makes a difference in your child’s life. It is recommended by the Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation that early intervention is important to support the key-developmental aspects of your child’s life to gain essential social skills and react better in society. A study conducted by Vietze & Lax (2018), has shown that 106 toddlers under the age of 40 months who have undergo ABA therapy has shown significant improvement in cognitive, communication, motor, socio-emotional, adaptive and criterion referenced behavior as well as a reduction in symptoms of ASD and barriers to learning. Early detection of Autism and other Special needs symptoms can help you make a quicker decision in sending your child for early intervention. At Growth, we have dealt with children as young as 18 months old to 21 years old, we believe that every human has the potential to grow. However the brain is more plastic when you are younger, and hence the effectiveness is not to be underestimated.
